Refund policy

At Of Earth, each product is crafted with care and goes through quality checks before dispatch. To maintain fairness for all customers, we follow a strict but transparent policy.

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase
  • Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled

Returns & Exchanges
Of Earth follows a no return / no exchange policy in general.

Exceptions are only applicable in the following cases:

  • Product received is damaged
  • Product has a manufacturing defect
  • Incorrect item delivered

No other requests will be considered.

Mandatory Proof Requirement (Important)
To be eligible for any return or exchange:

  • You must record a clear, uncut video while opening the package
  • The video should show:
    • The sealed package before opening
    • The unboxing process
    • The issue or damage clearly visible

Without this video proof, no claims will be accepted under any circumstances.

Reporting Timeline

  • You must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery

Include:

  • Order number
  • Registered name & contact details
  • Clear images + unboxing video
  • Brief description of the issue

Requests raised after 48 hours will not be accepted.

Approval & Pickup Process

  • Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup
  • The product must be:
    • Unused
    • In original packaging
    • With all tags, labels, and accessories intact

If the product fails quality inspection after pickup, the request may be rejected and the item will be sent back to you.

Refunds & Replacements

  • If approved, we will offer:
    • Replacement (subject to availability), or
    • Refund
  • Refunds will be processed to:
    • Original payment method (for prepaid orders)
    • Store credit (for COD orders)
  • Processing timeline: 5–7 working days after approval

Kindly Note: Return shipping charges will be borne by the customer in case of returns requested after delivery.

Non-Eligible Cases
The following will not be considered for return or exchange:

  • No unboxing video provided
  • Requests made after 48 hours
  • Products that are used, washed, or altered
  • Minor variations in color, texture, or finish (natural and expected)
  • Items purchased during sale, discount, or promotional offers
  • Damage caused due to improper handling after delivery
