Shipping policy

At Of Earth, every order is packed with care and dispatched with the same attention with which it is made. We aim to provide a smooth and reliable delivery experience across India.

Order Processing

  • All confirmed orders are processed within 3-5 working days after successful payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
  • During launches, festive periods, sales, or high-volume periods, dispatch timelines may be slightly extended.

Shipping Timeline

  • Standard delivery timeline is 5-7 working days depending on your city and serviceability.
  • Remote or non-metro locations may require additional time.
  • Total delivery time = Processing time + Transit time.

Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping may be offered on select orders, cart values, or promotional campaigns.
  • Applicable shipping charges, if any, will be clearly shown at checkout before payment.

Order Tracking

  • Once dispatched, tracking details will be shared via SMS, WhatsApp, or email on your registered contact details.
  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate address and contact details at the time of placing the order.

Delivery & Acceptance Policy

  • By placing an order, the customer agrees to accept delivery of the shipment once dispatched.
  • Orders cannot be refused at the time of delivery without a valid reason approved by Of Earth.
  • Refusal to accept prepaid orders after dispatch will not make the order eligible for cancellation or immediate refund.
  • If a shipment is refused, returned undelivered, or delivery fails due to customer unavailability, incorrect address, or unreachable phone number, Of Earth reserves the right to deduct applicable shipping, return shipping, handling, and processing charges from any eligible refund or store credit.

Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

Please ensure your shipping address, pin code, and phone number are accurate. Of Earth will not be responsible for delays, losses, or failed deliveries caused by incorrect information shared at checkout.

Delays Beyond Control

While we aim for timely delivery, delays may occur due to:

  • Weather conditions
  • Transport disruptions
  • Public holidays
  • Regional restrictions
  • Courier partner delays
  • Events beyond our reasonable control

We appreciate your patience in such situations.

Damaged Parcel at Delivery

If the outer package appears tampered, torn, wet, or damaged at delivery:

  • Record a video before opening
  • Refuse delivery only if the package is visibly compromised
  • Contact us immediately after

Split Shipments

In certain cases, items from one order may be shipped separately depending on stock availability or packaging requirements.

International Shipping

Currently, Of Earth ships withinΒ India only. International shipping updates, if introduced, will be published on the website.
